Placed an order on 07/31 for a pre ordered item that was scheduled to be shipped out on 08/17. Received an email on 08/21 stating that the item is delayed and won’t be shipped out til 09/05. The options were to cancel or get a refund. I opted to keep my order. I reached out on 09/09, inquiring about my order and was told that they will fulfilled my order. It’s 09/20, I have not received my order, asked for a refund. They stated that they refunded my item and said I have to wait 3-5 for a refund confirmation email, which I have before heard of. It’s 09/20 and I have not received my refund confirmation. Will never shop at this place! Don’t waste your money at this place.

I paid a whole 98$ for a jumpsuit that was never delivered. Wrote more than 5 emails asking what happened and they never responded up to date. If you value your money take it somewhere else.

Beautiful clothing. Im surprised this site was not listed here. Kosmios offers beautiful clothing that will have you popping and getting compliments all day. I ordered the Damsel in Distress skirt and I absolutely love it. I plan on lining my closet with everything i can find in my size. This is the cutest boutique I have ever shopped at.
