Never received my orders… just requested they cancel and give me a refund. I did use affirm to place orders.. I screen shot all proof that they said they would refund me just in case ….. horrible.

Do not order from Kosmios!!! I placed a order on 11 September and never received my order. They are a fraud. I never received my order and after many emails to customer service, they only replied to two. Customer Service said they would return my money but I never received a refund.

They are a fraud boutique. Ordered in July never received a thing. They stated they would return monies never heard from them again

Ordered in June and keep getting replys about the order is delayed due to warehousing that the purchase is delayed. Contacted my bank and I let them deal with the crooks...all that matters is that I got my money back...Stop! if you can't produce.

Never received order. Tried calling and number was disconnected. I emailed twice with no response. I ordered from this company a while back with no problems, so as a returning customer I did not read all the latest reviews with similar complaints. Clearly this business has changed for the worse. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! They took my money and never shipped my order.

Bought a pre-order jumpsuit that should have shipped 2 weeks later. It’s been 2 months and still no jumpsuit, no response about when it will arrive. No refund. Just a measly $30 gift card to Kosmios. Ridiculous! Will have to try to dispute the charge with the cc company.

This has been the absolute worst online shopping experience ever!! Was excited about the dress!, Paid, and Nothing, until I began was leaving a bad review on the website! the worst, please don't buy anything!

If there was a 0...I would rate it that. The first order was placed November 2023 and did not receive it until Fenruary 2024 after several emails and was told issues in production due to holiday rush. I understood that. Then decided to placed a Pre-order after reading their online time range for preorders in June...did not receive the item and finally one email stating it would be delivered NLT August 20th no other emails and never received the item and no responses to my inquiry. Placed a dispute via Paypal and finally received my refund 9/13/2024. I would not recomnend purchasing an item to this unprofessional conpany due to not delivering merchandise as stated time frame for preorders and poor cuatomer service.
