As a small business boutique, it is a common policy. Many larger companies (household names) have this policy, and around 40% are changing their policies to charge for return labels and restocking fees as there are increasing concerns regarding unnecessary excessive purchasing and returns. I'd suggest taking a moment to look into the return policy of any store you're considering buying from, just to make sure it aligns with your preferences before placing an order. Hi Ingrid, Shein is currently facing multiple copyright lawsuits for stealing and manufacturing designs from small companies just like ours and many of the hardworking Australian brands we work with. They are facing serious allegations of exploiting labor and manufacturing their garments cheaply through unsafe conditions, underpaid workers, and unchecked working hours. Please be aware that it is impossible for us or our brands to manufacturer a garment ethically at cost for $20, let alone sell it at retail for $20. We are proud of the Australian Brands we carry, and I’m sorry to hear you have an issue with the dress you ordered. Hi Jennifer, we apologize for any inconvenience you've encountered. We want to assure you that we have not experienced any quality issues with the zippers on the Milan Dress. Upon inspection of your returned dress, we found no damage. It's possible that the zipper issue may be related to sizing, particularly if the waist is a bit snug, causing the zipper to become sticky. Adjusting the size should resolve this matter. As per our return policy, returns are for store credit only, and in circumstances where a dress is damaged, we do offer a full refund. Hi Olesya, your order was refunded to you in full on October 26th. We're sorry to hear there may have been a misunderstanding with a cancellation however it was definitely put through as a full refund to your credit card. The Hailey Dress was on preorder when you placed your order, and all the details of the preorder were on the product page when you placed the order. PREORDER in caps, was listed in the title, description (with estimate delivery dates), and the add to cart button was a preorder button. Information regarding preorders is also available on the preorder tab on the product page of products that are on preorder.
