I would strongly encourage shoppers to read this company's return policy very carefully before placing an order. I purchased three dresses for an event, all in the same size (size 4), yet one fit significantly smaller than the others. Despite the inconsistent sizing, I was unable to return it and was forced to keep all three dresses. While the quality of the dresses was good, that does not make up for a return policy that leaves customers with very little recourse when an item doesn't fit as expected. Clothing sizes can vary, even within the same order, and when that happens, customers should have a reasonable option to return or exchange items. My biggest disappointment was not the dress itself—it was the lack of flexibility and customer-friendly service. If you're considering ordering from this company, only do so if you are absolutely certain about the sizing and are willing to keep every item you purchase. Otherwise, you may find yourself stuck with expensive clothing that you cannot wear and cannot return. ⭐⭐☆☆☆

BUYER BEWARE! “Returns within 14 days” doesn’t mean return for store credit. I purchased items in 2 sizes as a first time buyer and after specifically reading the return policy, I still did not know about this practice. This is deceptive and unreasonable. Dont shop here unless you’re 100% certain you’re keeping an item you’ve never seen. Will not be shopping here again unless I can actually make a return or after my disappointing experience with matching a large store credit to new items.

The quality of the clothing is decent, but the customer service and shipment times are awful. Still waiting on the last piece of my order and no response from JAUS on my inquiries.
