I really wanted to love this company
I really wanted to love this company. I’ve been ordering from them for several years and have purchased or tried at least 15 dresses. Unfortunately, after my latest experience, I won’t be shopping here again. What initially drew me in was the unique styling, but over time I’ve noticed the quality decline while the prices have continued to increase. Many of the dresses are made from inexpensive materials, don’t fit as expected, and don’t justify their price point. My biggest issue is the return policy. Most returns are only issued as store credit, which keeps you coming back to spend more money in hopes of finding something that works. Before you know it, you’ve accumulated hundreds of dollars in store credit because nothing fits or meets expectations. Then, to make matters worse, some items are marked non-returnable—even though you’re ordering online without ever having the opportunity to try them on. I recently purchased a dress for my wedding festivities, hoping to avoid spending over $3,000 at a bridal boutique. I used my existing store credit and paid additional money for a dress that cost around $250. When it arrived, the quality was comparable to what I’d expect from a much less expensive fast-fashion retailer. It wasn’t flattering, didn’t feel well made, and when I went to exchange it, I discovered it was non-returnable. After years of giving this company chance after chance, I’ve accepted that the photos and marketing simply don’t match the product being delivered. If you’re shopping for a special occasion—especially a wedding—I would recommend looking elsewhere. Companies like Azazie or Revolve have been a much better experience for me in terms of quality, value, and customer-friendly return policies. I genuinely wanted to be a loyal customer, but after this experience, I can’t recommend shopping here.
