I have bought several items from this catolog company over the past few years. The recent items I purchased by phone was shipped to the wrong address. When I spoke to customer service and told her that I got an email that it was shipped to wrong address, she said that I was mistaken and would be shipped to me the next day. It never came. I called again three or four days later, indeed they did ship it to another address. They reshipped it to me. I needed it, because it was a wedding gift! I also bought a gold plated bracelet that tarnished the first week that I bought it. Customer service and the manager that I spoke to would not accept it back because it was over the 60 day return policy. I just wanted a replacement that they did have in stock, but they refused. They also told me that the return policy was going to be shortened to1o days in January 2020. Dont buy from this company!!!! Kathy Donner

Absolutely inept company. I ordered a poncho and they shipped it to my mother instead of me. My mother was the billing address, not shipping address. So I said okay, leave it that way, but without consulting me they reshipped it to me and demanded I return the one they sent to my mother. The return instructions only gave me 2 days to print the return labels and this was all their fault. Such a huge hassle!! And I have to do the footwork to return it. Worst of all was the horrible costumer service. Never ever again.

Very bad customer service. Was charged for an item that was ordered on 2-14-2019, it’s 2-25-2019 and nothing. The company keeps putting a $4.90 charge on my credit card, then it’s removed. I called them today they said it’s a ‘drop ship’ item and had to be paid for up front. There’s no indication on the website about this. I paid for expedited shipping, apparently that’s the $4.90 charge that keeps getting put on my card. They said they can’t expedite this item hence why it keeps going on my card. They blamed the credit card company. No that can’t be done. I asked to speak with a supervisor. She said they’re in a meeting. I doubt it. She said someone will call me. Not holding my breath. Still no product, still getting charges not at all happy with this company. Will NEVER order from them again. Very poor customer service. They are rude and accusatory.

I am only able to speak to the items I purchased, the Irish Cream flavored tea and Irish whiskey flavored tea. You receive a good quantity of tea but they do not have any flavor other than tea. Fake advertising.

I have simply been given up upon placing an order. I have written both to customer service several times and on facebook, and at the same time as I get no answer fron customer service what so ever, the shop is constantly spamming me with automatically generated emails. Very bad service.

My 1-star review is for unreasonable and rude conduct by Creative Irish Gifts customer service, not quality of the products, which I've ordered several times that have been satisfactory. This review is for my last experience ordering.The company sends me catalogs regularly and every one has had matching "Himself" and "Herself" mugs for sale. I finally decided to order them both as an anniversary gift for a couple. When the package arrived it only contained the "Himself" mug and a message that the matching "Herself" mug was no longer available. I wrote back how inconvenient and disappointing this was for me but went ahead and ordered another "Herself" mug that didn't match and cost twice as much to "complete" the set. I then received a voice message from Christine from Irish Creative Gifts asking me to return her call, which I did. She began by saying the last digit of the phone number on my order was missing so she tried the number from a previous order and got a fax machine. I said that my current e-mail address was also on the order but I didn't get an e-mail. She said she didn't have access to the e-mail address. In fact, the email address was right below the phone number on my order, so it's unreasonable she'd have access to one and not the other. Also, copies of my previous two orders in 2016 show the same current phone number complete with the missing digit, so it's unreasonable she didn't check the most recent orders for the missing number. I told her they seem to have a lack of efficiency or communication there. She didn't reply. When I said that all the catalogs I receive regularly still show the mugs available for ordering and that's misleading, she replied that the vendor who supplies them stopped supplying the company so what did I suggest they do about that? When I replied I'm just a customer and not responsible for their inventory, she became rude and hostile, insisting that it was my and the vendor's fault and not the company's that the order was unsatisfactory. I said I have no use for the "Himself" mug alone and am just stuck with it? She said yes, unless you want to send it back. I said and pay the postage to return it and she said yes. I wasn't offered any alternative.She even repeated the company wasn't responsible whatsoever. I said I believe company is responsible for misrepresenting merchandise and misleading customers by sending out catalogs with the intention of selling and charging for a product it knows isn't available. She then said she wouldn't discuss it with me any further and hung up. I won't shop there again nor recommend it to anyone.

This is the 1st time I ordered from this company, And even though I cancelled the order the next day, I would not hesitate to place an order. I sent the order paid via Paypal. The next day I found the the earrings I had ordered at a store, for a couple of dollars less, And of course there would be no shipping charge. I called their Customer Service. The woman I spoke to was very helpful, she called shipping and stopped the order from shipping. The next morning my money was back in my Paypal account. I'm very pleased.

I ordered 2 personalized items that were the same for a birthday gift for twins. I received one item, but not the second. I e-mailed with a polite e-mail that I had not received the 2nd, believing it was just a shipping error. I received no response to my e-mail, so I called. I got a rude response that yes she had gotten my e-mail and it comes from the vendor, not them. I waited for another week and half, with still no item. I called again and was told that I would need to speak to the shipping person, but she was not there. She never bothered to call and I still don't have my item. Very poor customer service, won't be shopping there again.
