My order shipped very quickly, I'm super excited for my first box!!!! And quite pleased with the service I have received so far... A lot of emails, but they all have great deals so I'm not mad.

I love every product I have received and the variety of products has something for every skin skin type. Quality and value along with the great variety is a must have in beauty line. Kudos for all your attention to details important to your customers.

I really don't have much to say regarding Focallure products as of yet only because I've only received one BabeBox. I wasn't overly impressed with the contents of the box for the price I paid. I did like the foundation brush and the eyeshadow stick. I will admit that I've been anxious to try your lipglosses though so I'll write another review after I try them. However,I have cancelled my BabeBox subscription.

I have tried to get unsubscribed for about a week now and sent multiple emails out and the only email I received didn't even address anything about it or confirm that I was unsubscribed. I wish I could give a good review but I haven't even got my products yet. I can't afford this product every month that's the only reason I wanted to unsubscribe, but now I want nothing to do with this company. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. I wish email wasnt the only way to reach this company there should be a way on your website.
