I got the free box and two boxes after I decided to cancel. Not worth the money. I looked up their cancel policy and followed as they said to send them an email to do so. So I did, and got a response back asking if I just wanted a discount, no I don't want a discount, I asked to cancel. They instead CHARGED me for the next box. After a lot of going back and forth with them about a refund, the last email I got stated they would only give me a 20% partial refund on a box I DIDN't want! Are you freaking kidding me??? So not only did they NOT cancel the subscription, they STOLE money from my bank account, they refuse to give me a full refund for the box I did not want. Do NOT risk it!!!

Love the products for the price but I guess I expected the eye shadow pans to be bigger. I could have gone with less eye shadows in order to get bigger pans. I got a mascara but I am not a user so I will probably gift that. The mermaid brush was cute but i think it you have been better if it was for eye shadows instead of blush as one was not received.

The site was easy to go to where you wanted, showed the prices, would recommended to friends and family.

I really like the eyeshadows and mascara that came in my box. I just wish there was some sort of beauty profile or box customization options for this subscription. It says that your box will be full of items curated especially for you, however there was never a beauty profile or quiz so while they were quality items and my box would definitely be valued at far greater than what I paid for it, the other three items that came in it were not a match for me. One of them was a makeup brush I'm guessing lol. It was very high end and I'm sure an experienced beauty enthusiast would've been thrilled for it but unfortunately I haven't the slightest idea what to use it for since ive never seen anything like it. The second item, while I am a fan of skin care and I do love a good mask, I honestly am not a fan of sheet masks but my mother really enjoyed this one. The third was a Focallure lip crayon, I would definitely use this one but I received a shade that is not a good color for me (again my mother was happy to take it lol). The fourth and fifth items I am very pleased with, Focallure volumizing mascara and a Focallure eyeshadow palette. My first box seemed to be a mix of things ill use and things ill regift. Considering Babebox is a new subscription service and the total quality/value of my box, I'll definitely stick around at least one more month to see what comes next.

Giving this 3 stars (which I didn’t even know if that was to high)but because even though the products I received were terrible and cheap, I still received a beauty box of some sort. DEFINITELY Not worth almost $35.95 a month.
