Scammiest subscription service I've ever seen! They reneged on a refund they had previously offered me. I had to report the charges to my credit card company to make them stop. I don't even think they are trying to be a legitimate business.

Their customer service is absolutely horrible!!!!! It's taken over 50 emails and 3 extra payments before I finally got paypal to cut them off. Still waiting on the arrival of the fourth box I was charged for, it shows they were unable to deliver it so usps destroyed it????? Never heard of that happen before but they said they would resend it (we shall see if I ever recieve it). I believe most of the people I communicated with through email are foreign since they never seemed to understand anything I was saying and had horrible grammar. I also don't understand why every email seemed to be from a different person, maybe if one employee kept up with my case they would have figured it out earlier. Or you know, they could have read through the 50 something emails exchanged. Frustrated this company got almost $100 out of me for products I would never buy on my own from brands I've never heard of. I could have had 4 months of boxy charm instead. After reading through some of these reviews I feel like a lot of the positive ones are fake since every real person seems to have the same issues.

This is my first shipment absolutely love all the products colors were perfect. PS the lotion was wonderful will continue my subscription.

My second box had not shipped yet when I found i lost my job. When I called to cancel subscription the lame Customer Service Representative told me they cannot reverse the charge for 2nd box for almost $ 40.00 - yes, FORTY DOLLARS. Apparently subscribers are tied to a "SUBSCRIPTION POLICY" that forces you to continue the subscription. S C A M I am going back to IPSY.

I had spoken to a customer service representative about this issue a month ago. She assured me that she put the cancelation through and I wouldn't be billed any further. She tried offering me discounts and I didn't want anything but to cancel. Low and behold I just got an email confirming my order that I never placed and I've been billed another $35.96!!!!! Now I am demanding a full refund or I will dispute with my bank. Last month I was nice and kept the box of stuff I didn't want and I didn't even ask for a refund. These companies can be scammers and I've had enough at this point. Never again. I will stick to the one I like and trust and don't cause me to worry about my bank account. Oh and I canceled after the first box because its the worst assortment of crap I'll never use. Lowest rated one I ever got and I've tried 6 or 7. And it's 30 a month. Go with boxy charm instead. 10x better.
