I bought the Finishing Touch Flawless Hair Remover from Focallure and I can confirm this product is absolute rubbish. Cheaply built (I mean, REALLY cheaply) and stopped working within weeks. And their customer service is a joke. You will not get anywhere with them. Do not waste your money. Honestly, do NOT waste your money.

So far so good although I did have a problem with an eyebrow micro blading pen that did not work and was told months ago that they sent me out a new one.....never received. I took 2 stars off for that and will not order that again. I ordered a tooth whitening system and so far so good. No complaints with it. Not sure if I will order anything else or not at this point.

I have tried the eyeshadow they are gorgeous with exceptional quality of pigment . The customer service response is fast for any problem even i am not satsfaied with the solutions.
