Preordered a RTX 3060ti on 12/27 for $440 and was told that it would arrive to warehouse on 1/5/21. I then get an email stating that the card would arrive on 1/12/21, and finally today I get another email stating that the card would now arrive to the warehouse on 1/19 but the price would increase to 615.00. Also, they include something about that the pre-order price is not locked in and change. Honestly that is pretty deceptive practice. They also say state that they never mark up, but that just does not make sense. I understand that the demand is high, but other retailers are still selling at MSRP prices. I have lost respect for ShopBLT, and I will never make another purchase here.

We understand, and share your frustration. Unfortunately, we have no control over the speed and quantity of production by the manufacturers. We simply must wait for them to produce sufficient product to fill the orders. When they push back their ETA's, there is truly nothing we can do about it. We are always seeking alternative sources for products, and do our best to fill orders whenever possible. And, there is no charge to place a pre-order, and customers are free to cancel at any time without penalty, should they find the item elsewhere. As noted on every page of the site at the bottom, in the Terms of Sale presented to customers before they submit an order, and directly above the "Place Order" button on the final check out page, ETAs and pricing are not guaranteed. We notify customers when current costs have risen beyond an amount we can absorb, based on the original price at which the pre-order was placed. If current costs have not decreased to an amount we can absorb by the time inventory arrives, then the order must be repriced, and will be halted, and the customer will be asked whether they wish to proceed or not. They are under no obligation to do so. We never change our markup or artificially inflate an item's price. Price increases are based solely on cost increases. We will never charge a customer more than the amount they initially agreed to, without their permission. Conversely, we will always apply a decrease in pricing automatically, without asking.
