When manufacturers discontinue items, we always offer customers the opportunity to replace the discontinued item with another item of their choice, without losing their position in line. It's in bold, in the e-mail that is sent to customers. Unfortunately, we are not a manufacturer and have no control over manufacturer generated ETAs or their decision to discontinue items.

This requirement is for all international first time customers. It is a one time requirement. It is clearly stated in the Terms of Sale, and directly on the order form.

FINAL RESPONSE: We've explained multiple times, including here, that we have no control over product discontinuation. You called our office at least 30 times today, if not more. Your IP was banned from our site due to your continual harassment, and the vulgar voice messages you've left, and recorded insults you've made to our staff. We've asked you via e-mail to stop contacting us. We'd prefer not to involve the authorities and file a harassment report. Our business with you is terminated. UPDATED REPLY: Hi Jacob. We kindly request that cease and desist in posting false statements about our company. We have not "scrubbed" Truspilot from our site. Our link to this very page is located here: https://www.shopblt.com/about.shtml, which can be accessed by clicking the two links that appear on every single page of the site. The removal of Truspilot branding from the site is currently an issue we're trying to work out with the company itself, and has nothing to do with our rating. UPDATED REPLY: No, you called stating that you couldn't confirm if the person you were talking to worked for the company, after calling the company phone number -- which is illogical. You were aggressive and weren't calling to discuss the issue. You were calling for the sake of making a mountain out of a molehill of Trustpilot simply asking you for documentation that you were our customer. We told you to have a nice day and we disconnected the call. UPDATED REPLY: We require all reviewers to verify that they are customers. There's nothing wrong with that. You didn't reply to the first inquiry so we flagged your review. We cannot identify you by the alias "Jordan Peterson", obviously, so your review was flagged. If customers provide documentation to Trustpilot in the initial request, reviews are not flagged as not being from a legitimate customer. UPDATED REPLY: The "cookie cutter" response is exactly correct. There's no other information to provide. You make assumptions with what we assume is zero experience reselling computer equipment over the past 30 years, which is what we have. What would be the purpose of "lying" to customers with ETAs? To generate bad reviews? To burn bridges with customers? What, exactly, would we get out of "lying" to customers? Nothing. Your review is based on obviously limited / no knowledge of how the reseller channel works. We provide the ETA data we're provided. It's that simple and that's all there is to it. So we have horrible customer service because manufacturers miss their ETAs? That certainly doesn't make much sense. We do not generate ETAs. They come directly from the manufacturers and suppliers from whom we purchase. We understand, and share your frustration over delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over the speed and quantity of production by the manufacturers. We simply must wait for them to produce sufficient product to fill the orders. When they push back their ETA's, there is truly nothing we can do about it. We are always seeking alternative sources for products, and do our best to fill orders whenever possible. And, there is no charge to place a pre-order, and customers are free to cancel at any time without penalty, should they find the item elsewhere.

Perhaps you don't know many people? Perhaps you don't know all of our customers? This is an odd thing to state. Companies don't stay in business for 30 years by not shipping products. >it's just the way you present things that makes it seem fraudulent. Everything our site is clearly and painstakingly spelled out. Nobody is allowed to jump the line. Period. We stopped accepting pre-orders for most graphics cards earlier this week, as noted at the top of the site. We do not generate ETAs. They come directly from the manufacturers and suppliers from whom we purchase. Graphics cards are in short supply due to manufacturing issues and we have no control over that as we are not a manufacturer. We understand, and share your frustration over delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over the speed and quantity of production by the manufacturers. We simply must wait for them to produce sufficient product to fill the orders. When they push back their ETA's, there is truly nothing we can do about it. We are always seeking alternative sources for products, and do our best to fill orders whenever possible. You're making a lot of incorrect assumptions here. You assume that we aren't pushing for more realistic ETAs. You assume that we don't have conversations daily with suppliers and manufacturers about shortages and ETAs. We manage thousands and thousands of out of stock orders on a daily basis, and are in constant contact with suppliers and manufacturers. As has been stated many times here, on our site, and in e-mail to customers, we do not generate ETAs. They come directly from the manufacturers and suppliers from whom we purchase. We understand, and share your frustration over delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over the speed and quantity of production by the manufacturers. We simply must wait for them to produce sufficient product to fill the orders. When they push back their ETA's, there is truly nothing we can do about it. We are always seeking alternative sources for products, and do our best to fill orders whenever possible. We never state anything is en route, unless it is en route. Period. We do not generate ETAs. They come directly from the manufacturers and suppliers from whom we purchase and we simply relay them. Graphics cards are in short supply due to manufacturing issues and we have no control over that as we are not a manufacturer.
