Although they were not obligated to retain the serial numbers for the crossbow, they still provided me with sufficient information that I was able to relay to the manufacturer, Ravin. Without the details they supplied, I would not have been able to obtain the necessary serial number to file a police report. I highly endorse this company for their remarkable assistance. This track suit was just what I was looking for. Delivery was quick, the fabric is soft, not too thin and not too thick. Great for the fall weather. I ordered the Wine color and it goes perfect with my dark skin tone. I wish you had a burnt orange color, but I am well pleased. Thank You!
