Customer service is very very good. They respond respectively knowledgeably and fast to email. I order a very large item and received it within three day and one of the three days was Christmas. Very impressive!

I had to make a return recently, and Kenndra was so nice throughout the whole process. She made everything really easy and didn’t make me feel stressed or confused at all. She explained what I needed to do, helped me fix a small mistake, and stayed patient the entire time. What could’ve been a frustrating return ended up being quick and simple because of her.
