Response and helpful customer service

The shopping was easy, checkout was straightforward. My problem is that the seller sold me a phone that wasn't paid off so T-Mobile locked it and now it's useless. I've reached out to Abunda for the past 3 days and the only real responses I've gotten are to ask for my order number and to let me know the seller wants me to return the item for a refund. I explain I don't want a refund, I want a replacement and have gotten no response at all. I've reached out to the seller as well and they have not responded. I'm so frustrated by the lack of follow through and the fact that I can't even call and talk to someone because there is no contact number. Not that it matters anyway since I don't have a phone I can use to make calls or send texts. Order #R219640360 UPDATE: After posting this review, Kathan reached out to me and we were able to get the issue resolved. Kathan was super responsive and helpful. I got my replacement within 3 days and it's been great ever since. I would use them again if the need were to arise.

abunda is amazing fast simple and easy to use.. it definitely help my family make Christmas possible this year with their easy payments and quality products.
