I've ordered through Acima for probably 7 or 8 years now. The more recent years Acima has worked with vendors that sell a very specific type of product (e.g. mattresses). Finding Abunda was a welcome change from those vendors. They have an incredibly wide selection of products, not limited to one genre, with an easy to use website. The best part: the price of the item changed on Amazon the day after my order. I reached out to Customer Service to see if they could do anything to match. Sure enough- they refunded the difference, so I paid the lowest price available. 5 Star experience and top notch customer service. I'll be back!

The customer service has been great. The finance charges are not exorbitant and you do get a chance to pay it off faster if you want to. I really can’t talk enough about how great the customer service has been.

Ok, not only was I able to make payments in a pinch, but the process was easy! Almost too easy! Received the product in 3 days. Everything came as promised, no defects, packaging was professional. I will use abunda again soon.
