Not only did he know exactly what it was that I needed, but he also was able to arrange to have it shipped to me immediately so that my theater seating setup would be complete in as short a time as possible. Alec was great to work with at their Cibolo, TX office. We had an unconventional requirement for a sofa bed and he was able to provide guidance in the right direction with all options available to us. We received our new sofa faster than we expected and the warehouse crew loaded it up and made sure that it wouldn't get damaged in the back of my truck. Alec followed up to make sure it did indeed meet our expectations in our Tiny Home and any installation questions we had. We drove from Santa Rosa, CA to check out the seats (430 miles). Dario and Clara (Hinojosa) at your LaHabra store were absolutely wonderful. I was actually surprised with how much focused attention we received. We purchased exactly what we wanted after testing. Both my wife and I are retired and she has a compromised back...thus we needed to make sure that we had confidence in what we ordered. You really cannot get that sort of service anywhere else. 4 Seating is a great company

Called today to find out about getting a new power cord for one of our theatre seats. Clara answered the phone on the 1st ring and was extremely friendly and helpful. I told her the issue I was having and she got me over to customer service where I spoke to Fernando who was also very friendly and helpful, Clara had already explained to him what my issue was so he already knew why I was calling and had already reserved a new power cord for me I only had to answer a few questions and that was it. What I expected to be a long drawn out call was resolved in a matter of minutes. I really appreciate the great customer service that both Fernando and Clara gave me.
