Table is just what we needed for our RV. Wish the turn around was faster. Clara Hinojosa was very helpful and extremely pleasant. I appreciate her help in getting my order in and correct.

UPDATE: It turns out their customer service lied to me and the part was discontinued. They didn’t even have the courtesy to let me know. Run away from this company and be wary of “solicited” reviews so you don’t make the same mistake I did! i Ordered a few seat bracket supports and I have to say, this was the worst shopping experience I’ve had in several years. First- Everything took a very long time. Like I said these were just some seat reinforcement brackets/bolts. First I was told that they were “made to order” so they took extra time, then I was told that they didn’t have the bolts they needed. They supposedly tried to “source” these bolts in town but they couldn’t find them, so the parts “eventually” shipped without them. Second- For all the delays, I was pleased to be offered expedited shipping, but that simply did not happen. When they eventually shipped it was regular old ground speed. Third (and perhaps worst)- Customer support was lacking to say the least. Several times I was promised a call back with my order status that never came. I had to initiate all but two contacts and was left on hold for extended periods of time. Oh, and don’t even try to email their customer service. I sent three different emails and never got a single response. In all, I see that this company has otherwise good reviews but I wanted to share my honest experience, I can always understand mistakes and delays, but dishonesty and unfulfilled promises are something I have no tolerance for.

After much debate over different providers we made the choice of purchasing 2 Captain chairs and reclining sofa from Shop4Seats. Clara went beyond to make sure everything about our order was exactly as we wanted and correct. She was even able to find our sofa choice in-stock so we don't have to wait 8-10 weeks for it. Thanks again Clara and hopefully the rest of the process will be as pleasant.

I was placing a large order for RV furniture, and getting all the details right was very important to me. I did not want to spend money on custom-made furniture to find it did not fit! I worked with Jesse Valderrama at shop4seats and had a great experience. Jesse took the time to take my MANY phone calls, and promptly answered all my email queries. The final price was great too.

I was very pleased with the level of service and attention Clara gave me, both in answering my questions and providing me with samples I had ask for. We had just redone two recliners in our motorhome, one in a solid and the other in a print. Now we were going to replace both front seats and both in fabric, her help and service were outstanding.

This review is based upon our initial contact and order for the furniture in our RV. To date our experience has been positive, we initially requested and received fabric/leather samples quickly. As our renovation progressed and we prepared to replace all of the furniture in the coach we placed a call to address questions and concerns. Fortunately, Clara H. answered the phone. Wow! Not only was she knowledgeable and professional her experience and expertise was invaluable in finalizing our order. We thoroughly enjoyed our conversation and felt as though we were speaking with a trusted friend. We anticipate that delivery and fulfillment will be likewise exceptional!

Clara, helped me from the beginning, answer some preliminary questions even before I was ready to order. Quickly talked me through some of the processing, materials, sent me swatches or samples promptly. Fast forward a week, spoke to Clara again who helped me process my order for my new Truck Seats in Ultimate Leather. She was courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and overall a joy to work with.
