Clara was very helpful on my purchase this is the second seat I have bought

It is a pleasure to work with Clara as she was happy to answer our many questions. She followed through with more information via email so we made our decisions, then called her back to place our order. The product (so far) is excellent. The sales team (Jeremy) was great. The instructions to hold off on shipping until we called them was also great. However, the actual shipping process was a bit disappointing. Be sure you read their shipping policy. If we hadn’t persisted with phone calls and drove to get our merchandise ourselves, we would still be without, now almost 2 weeks later. And the promised warranty we paid extra for has yet to arrive. I guess my main gripe was with Customer Service with their shipping company “Roadrunner”. No one went the “extra mile” to find out when and where our merchandise was. CS at Roadrunner was laughable and frustrating. Anyways, aside from this, we are very happy with the chairs. They are beautiful and appear quality-made.

Dario was great meeting with us when we visited the showroom and showing and explaining the captains chairs to us even though he's not actually on the sales staff. Clara did a great job clarifying information to the questions we had after we got home and handling our contract online. It has been a pleasure (so far) dealing with Shop4Seats.com for new RV Captains Chairs.
