Order was missing a part that I paid for, contacted support and received compensation.

We had an issue with damage to a sofa recliner. I spoke with Manny Gonzales and he promptly took care of it. I would highly recommend this company in the future.

I ordered a recliner loveseat combination and it was delivered on a Thursday. I unboxed it on Saturday to find that there were issues with the love seat, specifically The flip up feature for the reading light, the hinges of a broke and we had some slight tear issues with the backs of the seat. Having said all, that one would think that I would not give them five stars. But here's the rest of the story. So today which is Monday. I gave them a call and spoke to Megan Moore. I am completely impressed with her level of customer service. After I called her she sent me a link and I sent her the pictures within 20 minutes. She's calling me back with a resolution that was completely satisfactory. Therefore, she saved this review from being a possible 2 or three star. Again outstanding customer service.

I will never purchase from Shop4seats again because of Richard. He is the face of the company for me. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received from one of your representatives, Richard. I have been a loyal customer and have spent approximately $7,000 with your company to date, including a recent transaction exceeding $4,200. Unfortunately, my recent experience has left me very disappointed. My order was delivered late and placed in the wrong location. I had specifically requested a call prior to delivery, but no such call was made. This resulted in undue stress, as the delivery blocked my wife's side of the garage, effectively trapping her in her car. When I raised this complaint with Richard, instead of an apology, I was met with a dismissive response about a restocking fee and a remark deflecting responsibility to the delivery company you use. I made it clear that, as the company providing the service, you have a duty to address such issues with your contractors to avoid inconveniencing your customers. Joseph, on the other hand, provided excellent service and was a stark contrast to Richard. Given this experience, I am reluctant to continue doing business with Shop4Seats while Richard remains with the company. I strongly suggest that Richard undergo sensitivity and customer service training to improve his approach and understanding of customer concerns. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and work towards improving your customer service standards.

Presently a 1 rating unless they stop providing me with false information about shipping my $2k+ order. Agent at ext 130, said the item is in stock and will ship the next day with confirmation of tracking number. Next day came and passed. Followed up, requested updated status, received the same feedback that item is in stock and will ship that day later that day - it did not ship. Third try calling back again and they said it will ship tomorrow the next day, it’s been 6 days since placing the order. I hope it does ship. If not, we’ll be requesting a full 100% refund for misleading sales information.

We ordered new captains chairs, recliners, and a dinette to update our new to us coach. Our order was happily received ahead of the estimated date. Installation has been pretty straight forward. I had 1 question that was answered by a quick, & friendly phone call, and was resolved within 2 minutes. From ordering to the install support, they made this as easy as possible to update our RV. We're pleased with the quality of their products, their response to "get things right", and our decision to purchase from them. Almost forgot, they were flexable and tailored our package to exactly what we needed. If I had to do it again, I wouldn't hesitate to shop with them.

We purchased a sofa bed. Upon arrival, we notice a defect in one of the colors of the material. We notified Shop4seats as soon as we noticed it. After communicating the issue to the Shop4seats staff. That is when the excellent service started. Regina, Richard, and Manny worked together on replacing the entire sofa bed. We can't express more admiration for this company and its staff. We will definitely do more business with Shop4seats in the near future. We will also highly recommend Shop4seats to our friends and the entire RV community that we travel with. Thank you once more to Richard, Ragina, and Manny. RV Furniture and accessories these days are very expensive, but the customer service at Shop4seats is priceless. And once more THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU.

After opening the box with my new truck seats for the first time, I found a slight amount of damage (the packaging was excellent and I believe the damage was from mishandling by the carrier). I contacted Megan in customer service and after sending a few pictures in, she started a replacement part on its way. Very refreshing to have a quick customer service response and resolution within a few hours. Excellent service by Megan and Shop4seats.
