Hi Omar, we are very sorry for how frustrating this entire experience has been. Regarding your glass mousepad: it was a pre-order item. When you requested cancellation, USPS had already picked it up, making interception impossible. The package was eventually returned to us, and your full refund was processed on August 22nd. As for your custom AC+ pads, we sincerely apologize that the print didn't use your updated image and looked dull—that was our printing error. We also apologize if the coarse surface felt like sandpaper to you. Our AC+ series is intentionally designed with a hard, grainy surface for competitive control, but we clearly failed to set the right expectations for you. The unprofessional comments from our support team about your location and the return process were completely unacceptable. We have addressed this internally with strict retraining. We know this was a mess, and we are truly sorry.

Hi Adam, we're really sorry to read this. Waiting 3 weeks and going back and forth 20 times just to get the image cropped is a huge failure on our part. We completely understand your frustration, and you are absolutely right to expect a pure black background without that ugly yellow tint. We've since tightened up our custom printing and QC process to fix the color issues, and we are actively working on improving our support team's communication. We truly apologize for letting you down on this one.

Hi Brennen, I'm really sorry about this. You're completely right—ignoring your order for over a month and failing to process the refund was unacceptable. We've since updated our shipping policies to properly handle military addresses and fixed our refund process so people aren't left hanging. I know this is a very late reply, but I want to sincerely apologize for how we dropped the ball on this one.
