Ordered a custom black mouse pat for my Fredde desk as it's an odd shape but I'd heard this company makes custom ones for it. I spoke back and forth with James who kept me informed with the process and how it was going. Shipping took a little longer, but that was UPS fault not the company. Mat has arrived today in perfect condition and perfect size.

Even though my recent boards I purchase, didn't completely follow my design, I decide I can live with it. The top-side of the board alpha-notation are backwards and the right-side numeral-notations are also backwards. This is a four-star rating but I can live with it.

Hi Michael, thanks for the 4 stars and for the honest feedback. You're absolutely right—the backwards letters and numbers were a miss on our part, and we should have caught that when preparing your design proof. Really appreciate you being a loyal customer and being so chill about it. We'll be extra careful with our proofs from now on. Enjoy the board!

Hi Skylar, thanks for the 5 stars! Really glad you're happy with the quality. And don't sweat the size mix-up at all — it happens to the best of us! Haha. Enjoy it!

Excellent product - fast shipping and a beautiful result. The X-raypad team, especially James were very accomodating and willing to work with me to make the product exactly what I had envisioned. I will definitely be ordering again in the future!

I ordered two custom mousepads this year (Aqua Control+ in August and Equate+ V2 in September). I needed a non-standard size (60×30cm) and even though it's not listed among the options, Jiuson from X-Raypad came through and helped me to handle the order. The production and delivery to Germany were extremely fast both times (just a couple of days for production and about a week for delivery). The quality of both mousepads is excellent and the price is very affordable, I'll be ordering more in the future.
