I ordered a graphics card 11 days ago and chose express shipping and so far it has not been shipped and I sent 4 emails to cancel the order, but so far there is no response If your store is not working, close it until the existing problems are resolved. I will keep warning people from buying from this site.

They literally sent my package arcoss 4 continents instead of just shipping straight. Took 3 months instead of a week or 2. Also, customer service is sloooowww

Hi, Due to the overwhelming amount of negative reviews, the delays and backlogs you are facing in responding to customers and the fact that you can’t ship out the exact item you advertise on website- I would like to request you to refund me for order number 1582. I will be EXTREMELY annoyed if I waited a month or two and ended up with the wrong item. I also think if you have such a huge backlog of orders and system downtime and can’t cope that you should shut down your website for some time to deal with whatever mess you are in and also not charge customers for their purchases until the point of shipping. Kindly process my refund and cancel my order at the EARLIEST possible. Thank you. Update: I have reduced the rating to one star now because despite so many many emails over the last several days I have not had a single response back. Feels more and more like a scam website and if I don’t get a response by today will be filing for a chargeback. Will keep the review updated and change rating according to events unfolding. So far it looks like this “company” has attempted to make off with several hundred dollars of mine and are refusing to even acknowledge emails. Second update- THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM WEBSITE THEY LIE AND CLAIM THEIR SYSTEM IS DOWN BUT YET SURPRISE SURPRISE CLAIM THE AMOUNT YOU PAY FROM YOUR BANK IMMEDIATELY WITHIN A COUPLE OF DAYS- yet CANNOT SHIP OUT THE ORDER, CANNOT REPLY BACK TO EMAILS AND WHEN YOU REPORT IT TO YOUR CREDIT CARD PROVIDER THEY SEND GENERIC NONSENSE EMAILS ABOUT HAVING TOO MANY TICKETS TO RESPOND TO!!!!! WELL HOW ABOUT IF THAT WERE TRUE YOU SHUT YOUR SITE DOWN INSTEAD OF CONTINUING TO SCAM PEOPLE AND STEAL THEIR MONEY?! Oh no wait THAT WAS YOUR POINT TO BEGIN WITH RIGHT?! That’s how you make money and get rich by CHEATING people? SHAME ON YOU!!!

I have bought first time from this store.although the support team was helpful in the beginning about giving extra off but when i want to purchase they didn't reply me for a week may be due to peak hrs.Now i made a purchase and they replied me at once.Hopefully i will receive my order soon and would be thank ful for this store for delivering this rack to my address.i am waiting to write a best review. Hey guys.its been 3 weeks but still i got no update from the store about my order and i am looking forward to cancel my order and get a refund as i have a paid a big amount of $168 but i am neither getting a satisfactory response nor the status of my order is changed and from other reviews on this website i am feeling that i was scammed.could anybody help me regarding getting my refund.

Hello please you kept ignoring my emails and my calls i spent 400 dollars on shipping and its 2 weeks late please cancel my Order #187-1351 and ill give a better review i also want a refund.

The only issue I had was response times with email took long, but the company has a lot of tickets to process and limited staff so if you buy something you'll need patience with your orders feedback from staff. Requested a cancelation of my order and got a refund within 2 days.
