Items were missing from the box I received. Upon receiving the last shipment, I traveled and simply packed the new box of supplies and did not bring the old setup, I arrived to find no humidifier cartridges, and no size medium nose piece which is what I needed! I haven’t had time to address the matter. Very disappointing.

Everything about the experience was good, save for one caveat. The products? Amazing. The service? Fantastic. The response/communication? Outstanding. The ONLY problem I have is that they don't ship outside of the contiguous 48 states. I live in Puerto Rico and had to spend a lot of money on shipping - as well as inconvenience a friend that lives in the mainland - in order to receive my very important, doctor-ordered medical device. So, it was more expensive to get AND I had to wait longer to receive it. United States citizens that don't live in the mainland shouldn't be discriminated against in this fashion - especially when it's considered "domestic shipping". If you live in the mainland, your experience will be fantastic! If not, it will be much more costly and difficult to receive.

Quick turnaround

I wanted to order an extra facemark complete, but was sold the facemark frame - which is useless without the straps, which are the pieces that wear out or become dirty with face oils. I was explained that the frame was on 3 month reorder and the straps on 6 month reorder from Kaiser. This makes no sense to me. The order taker should have explained that at the time of order as I would not have ordered just the frame.

Ordering from ResMed Shop was a bit of a challenge. Really, the ordering was fine - filling out info, selecting products, and having my fsa card charged all worked as expected. So did the request for my RX, I uploaded it as requested. A month later, no shipment. I contacted them to inquire. This started a string of “we need your rx” emails. And “you are responsible to contact your Dr to follow up” emails. I provided my rx, something was missing. My Dr provided my rx that wasn’t received. Five emails and seven phone calls later, the product was finally shipped. I did not receive my order in time for my holiday vacation. I had to reroute the shipment to a delivery spot so it wouldn’t sit on my doorstep for ten days. I still need to pick it up (now that I’m home, I can go do that).

Everyone I delt with to get my AirMini ans supplies were top notch! All very pleasant to talk to and very helpful.
