Quick shipment!

The prescription for a mini CPAP was faxed to Resmed 3 or 4 times but they said they ha don’t received. Finally I called Resmed and said I had a confirmation # for all the faxes, and that the prescription had to be in their office. Later that day they said they had received it. It was several days later that the CPAP machine was shipped. No one seemed to want to be In charge of this mix up.

Customer support/Tech Support access needs improvement. Calling to speak with someone was difficult.

My device got to me rapidly and the staff were very helpful. I had to get my device in time to take a trip.

Easy easy easy I've tried to work with my local CPAP equipment supplier and they couldn't get my travel CPAP. Went through the website, they made it easy to get my order placed, my Rx going, and delivery was super fast.

I received the product in perfect condition with all the accessories ordered; I have used it and is is most excellent.
