Ordering Easy, need better invoice
Ordering was not hard , made downloading prescription easy. Need to send an actual one page invoice along with the product so it's easier to turn into HRA account.

Very pleased customer
I am extremely happy with the communication and service I received. I needed a portable cpap before a travel commitment and they did an amazing job of getting it out to me on time. And I love it!

Grasp of my issues
Friendly, understood the issue I had, I liked that when there was a question he felt he could not adequately answer, he referred me to someone else. I like being able to speak with someone without going through a maze of “options”.
