YOU SENT ME THE WRONG F20 MASK TO GO WITH MY HUMIDX ORDER. I COULD NOT EMAIL YOU BECAUSE THE EMAIL ADDRESS ON YOUR WEBSITE IS IN THE WRONG FORM. MY PHONE MESSAGES I LEFT WITH YOUR ANSWERING MACHINE WERE NOT RETURNED EVEN AFTER APPROXIMATELY 2 WEEKS. TODAY, JAN 13TH, MY PHONE CALL WAS ANSWERED BY A FRIENDLY PERSON WHO SAID HE WOULD HAVE ANOTHER EMPLOYEE CALL ME REAL SOON. I AM STILL WAITING.

Should have been great if it (ResMed AirMini) is universally compatible with the others.
