Recently thought I wanted a smaller travel machine. I have used a ResMed for four years and its barely noticeable for sound at night, which was the whole point. I snore, he doesn’t sleep. The new system was MUCH more noisy - machine and hose design are good, but not as good as what I have. So, started the return process which is why I note 5 stars. When you’re taking a gamble on this kind of purchase it is nice to experience a company that lives up to the advertising. Good service, quick refund. Im looking at purchasing another of the same one I have as a 10-yr back up.

I had an excellent experience. The person I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and later the person whom I dealt with via email was super. The worst part was trying to get my physician's office to supply my prescription.

ResMed shop delivered! I received my AirMini on time, packaged nicely and my bundle of items works well. I recently traveled with it and it was wonderful. I recommend ResMed shop to my fellow sleep apnea sufferers.

I had to have my Rx submitted multiple times since I was never told what what info was needed. It was submitted again, I was told additional info was needed. Third time same story. The respiratory therapist said missing info not critical. I am told I can return the headgear and tubing which was sent back. Days later I am told the headgear and tubing was not returnable because it was bought as a set with the Air Mini.. Worst customer service!!!!
