I had ordered 3d embroidery but it came as flat embroidery. I don’t know where in the process things went wrong. The pricing is the same. I just got my order and I’m quite upset. I don’t feel confident in giving these to my clients, so I’ll probably just give them to family and friends. Probably won’t be ordering again.

We’re very sorry that we did not meet your expectations. However, all of our previous communications are documented in the order details, and we did not receive any request for 3D embroidery. Nevertheless, we remain committed to providing every customer with the best possible service. Our customer service representative, Tim, has already contacted you regarding this issue. Well, I bought two hats from them first one was great gray and black camel hat. The second hat was a green waterproof camo hat, but I didn’t really care for the flimsiness of the forehead part of the hat and how it was kinda like slanted backwards at an angle, I like more mine more forward more upright cause otherwise it loses the shape by the way it lays back. That’s the only reason why I’m giving it to three. Those hats need more stiffness and upright, an angle at the front of the forehead part.

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We’re very glad to hear that you loved the gray/black camouflage hat, but we’re sorry that the green water-resistant camouflage hat did not provide the structured fit you expected. We understand how important a firmer brim, a more structured front panel, and the right crown shape are to the overall look and fit of a hat. Your comments are valuable, and we have shared them with our product team for review. Please contact our customer service team so we can review your order and help find a solution that works best for you. We truly appreciate your business and the opportunity to improve your experience.

First off the delivery was exceptionally quick. I am also very happy with how the packaging arrived; it was not ripped, torn, or damaged. As for the product, the hats, I am very pleased with the size my logo came out on it, the colors of the hats are beautiful, and they fit very comfortably. Overall I am very happy with my Foremost Hat experience and I would recommend this brand above all others for sure.
