Hi Phil, custom hats require additional production and embroidery time, so delivery takes longer than it does for blank hats. We want the finished product to be worth the wait. Hello, We regret that this purchase did not meet your expectations. Regarding your refund request, we would like to clarify the following: First, for customized orders, we offer the option of providing a physical sample for customer approval before production begins. Production is arranged only after the sample is approved. However, the pre-production physical sample approval option was not selected for your order. Second, after receiving your feedback, we immediately submitted the matter to our Quality Control department for review. Based on the quality concerns you raised, our QC team compared the retained sample with the items you received and confirmed that the quality and production standards were consistent. No quality issue as described was found. Under our return and refund policy, customized products are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund unless there is a manufacturing defect or the delivered item materially differs from the digital proof approved by the customer. After review, we confirmed that your order was produced according to the approved specifications, with no manufacturing error or design discrepancy. For this reason, we are unable to approve your refund request. Thank you for your understanding.

As discussed via email, the hats were produced based on the logo file provided and the selected DTF printing process. While production follows the approved artwork, we understand that the finished product may sometimes differ from a customer's expectations. Although we are unable to remake the order in this case, we have offered a goodwill compensation and remain committed to finding a reasonable solution.
