Overall, my experience was great with foremost. I do feel like at times the communication was a little lost, but overall the quality and look of the hat was exactly what I was hoping for.

The hats got delivered to another address. When I reached out to Foremost company they told me to go find the order. It was found in another mail box that my client had to go hunting for. Not only did this inconvenience my client, but it delayed the job. I asked Foremost if they could resend samples to my client since the post office person placed in wrong mail box. Foremost decided not to . They also decided to respond a week later after I gave them a bad review on trust pilot. They offered a whopping $5 credit for my next order. that did not help. My client found the order a couple days later they liked the samples so I placed a 96 piece order since you can only order by dozens. They should have waived my shipping or gave a discount. Of coarse they are upset that I gave them a bad review origionaly so they asked me to give a better review. They care more about their stars than customer service. Maybe next time I will get a faster response. Or just give them a bad review to get a super fast response. I placed another order with them since the post office sucks and they have no control over the delivery service. As a business owner this is what I would have done. Responded with in 24 hrs to the email. Offered to reship the samples since the post office screwed up ( it was only 2 pieces) In hopes to get a larger order. Then followed up when hats arrived to ask if client was satisfied. -Alex Reyes Ink

The quality of the hats is almost second to none. Also, the communication and transparency make sure you get what you ordered. I love how they sent me a picture of a sample to make sure I get what I ordered. While it's a little pricy, it's worth it.

Hat is very solid quality. The bill is a little smaller & bent more than I would have liked. However it is a good product.

Overall great quality, the team was easy to work with, and the quality of the hats are great. My only reason not to give 5 stars is the corner of the bill where it meets the hat is a touch sharp. The inner edge of the bill where it meets the hat should be a slightly different shape. In general, GREAT bang for your buck and quality custimization (we used the screen print on these).
