I ordered a broomstick putter online on 12/3/2024 (Order Number: #8878889). The price is $479. No updates for a very long time......in the 10 days between the Boxing Day sale the price was dropped to $429...... I made a follow up call on January 6th....a staff member answered my call and followed up on my order and also mentioned that a $50 credit would be discussed with the manager. On January 10th, I received an email from Mr. Maxwell Pepper of Customer Support regarding the status of my order. I responded to an email that day to discuss the $50 credit and received no response…... I re-sent a follow-up email again on January 15th…... On January 17th, my credit card was charged $503.99 and the status show order shipped. Ends up, I received the shipment on January 20th. I guess they will never credit that $50 back.....

Customer Service line is complete garbage. I’ve called multiple times on multiple days and always get the same “we are experiencing abnormal volume” message. Aka..we don’t hire enough people. I’ve never waited for less than half an hour. I once picked the call back option and it was almost two hours before I received a call back. This was for checking on a purchase I made direct from the website for an “in stock” golf bag. It’s been five days and the bag still hasn’t shipped and outside of “it should ship today”, no one can tell me anything. And spoiler alert, the bag did not ship today. They are quick to take your money but not so eager to ship product and they make it impossible to reach customer service.

I should've read the reviews first, but I never expected this sort of amateurish service from a major brand. Items that are listed as "in stock" take 2 weeks to ship. Customer service takes 8 days to respond to an e-mail and they don't even read the question, just give their generic response along with a string of spam links to buy more of their stuff. Ignorant and unprofessional. I now have a box sitting outside my door while I'm travelling for several weeks because they shipped a lot slower than promised and didn't respond to my cancellation request. Never buying from them again.

I have been on hold twice now for over an hour each time. I just needed help changing an online order. After this customer experience I feel ghosted by them. Wait time over an hour for customer service on a Wednesday. At this point I want to cancle my order completely and go buy Titleist. Thanks for letting me know YOU GUYS DONT CARE

I have been on their website about 4 times in the last week and I am unable to purchase anything

Currently, 4th time calling customer service and again on hold fooooor 1 hour and 3 minutes at this point. Previous time it was 1 hour and 30 min. CS agent is fine. But 'cmon Callaway! Hire more people for f sake! This is pathetic. You won't get brand loyalty from me this way.

Worst experience I've had in long time with ordering direct. No customer service whatsoever. I ordered on 12/3 and by 12/23 my order was still "processing". No body answered their customer support line. I was on hold for 30 minutes and then clicked for a call back. I never received a call back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Ordered for a High School graduation present and did not receive on time even after specking to multipal peaple, all promised at having 2nd day air with a week before I needed it, did not have any gift to give at the party, very upset, Arrived too late and have heard nothing back after emailing and calling. Very dissapointed in this comapany. Only would have gave one strar but I gave it two since we did finally receive one set.
