My wife purchased a Callaway cargo bag for me as Christmas gift. She purchased it from Dicks sporting goods with an extented warranty (waste of money)I finally got to use it. I love the bag but encountered some issues. The first was it gets top heavy so it falls over. It is also to big for my low rider cart. The second was the condensation from the insulated pocket soaked through to my club handles. Went to Dicks and the 3rd party insurance company they use within minutes responded that they wouldn't help me. I called Callaway explained my issue. The agent that helped me was very professional. She gave me some options that would work out better for me and replaced the bag. Thank you Callaway for standing behind your product and always having excellent customer service.

I purchase a new set of Elyte irons and Opus wedges in 2025 I had the head of the 9 iron break from the hosel and contacted Callaway customer service and was sent a new replacement n 5 days..exact specs as well. And I noticed my Opus wedge was having excessive wear with some rust spots I received the same service!! If you’re torn on which irons are for you..just know..they back up their clubs!!’ I’ve told all my golf partners and they too were impressed!! Great customer service Callaway! Thanks!! Mike Coleman

I can't believe the customer service for Callaway. They have been the absolute best for both my husband and I. Time and time again, they went the distance for us personally. I have a scramble coming up, they were able to replace my broken driver so quickly. I really appreciated the fact that they went out of their way to make sure I had my club for the event. I will only buy Callaway from here on out. They have two customers for life!

The new Elite irons add 5-10 yards compared to my older Ping I-200s. Since I am a senior (age 81), handicap 18, using irons under 130 yards is significant. Thanks

I have been a longtime Callaway customer and have a “rep”, Allen, at Callaway that handles all my orders. He and Callaway are great. He calls me right back, works with me, suggesting certain shafts and clubs. I could not be happier. Add to this the Military Discount and the rewards program and I will remain a loyal customer.

Experience started out poorly with a left hand instead of right hand set of irons delivered. But Sean from Callaway took care of me, upgraded my set and had them overnighted to me before my vacation. You know a good business when the make a mistake and I will be a loyal customer because of how they made it right!!
