Alarm is performing well for third day
Alarm is performing well for third day. Much superior and easier to use than the "Sonic Boom" alarm purchased through Amazon. That alarm only worked for about 2 weeks. Hopefully, your unit will live longer.

Easy set up
Easy set up. Product seems to work out of the box. Only product I could find with multiple alarms for truly helping a deaf or very hard of hearing person.

A human actually answers the phone!
A human actually answers the phone! Charles was so courteous and helpful with my impatience and unnecessary request for information that was later included in the box. Bless these people

Store good. Product didn't work as expected.
The store was very good, however the product didn't preform as I had thought it would. I ordered it to see if it would wake me out of rem sleep. Which, unfortunately it did not.
Response from us.bellman.comDec 3, 2024
Dear Ehren, Thank you for your comment, and I am happy to notice that our store is very good, thank you for sharing with us. The Vibio vibration strength is a balance between strength and power consumption, size, and cost. Normally, our customers appreciate the vibration strength. If you feel that you need stronger vibrations, and if you earlier placed it under your mattress, please try to put it under the pillow instead. This is how many people use Vibio. I hope that you will be satisfied. However, if you feel that it doesn't work well for you, you are of course most welcome to contact us for another model (e.g. BE1370 with bed-shaker) or return the unit for a refund. Best regards Peter Jungvid Founder & CEO
