I understand that you purchased Alarm Clock Pro, and while I of course respect your experience, I would like to clarify how the sound is designed to function. The alarm sound is intentionally programmed to escalate gradually over time, starting at a lower level to provide a softer wake-up experience. In addition, it sweeps through different frequencies to help optimize audibility across a wider range of hearing profiles. This approach is designed to make the alarm both effective and more comfortable compared to a sudden, fixed sound. That said, we truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving our products. Dear Lori, Thank you for your message. I'm sorry to hear that the loop and the hearing aid weren’t compatible. Our Loop uses Telecoil technology, which is a universal standard that works with hearing aids equipped with a telecoil (‘T-coil’) function. However, not all hearing aids support this standard, and in some cases the telecoil function is present but has not been activated by the audiologist. (Telecoils are small internal coils built into hearing aids that pick up magnetic signals from loop systems, improving clarity in noisy environments.) My recommendation is that your employee verify with their audiologist whether the hearing aid has an inactive telecoil. If so, please ask the audiologist to activate (turn on) the telecoil function, and our Loop should work with the hearing aid. If the hearing aid doesn’t have this functionality, I have just spoken with our logistics management, and they will allow you to return the product — even if 30 days have passed. The Vibio vibration strength is a balance between strength and power consumption, size, and cost. Normally, our customers appreciate the vibration strength. If you feel that you need stronger vibrations, and if you earlier placed it under your mattress, please try to put it under the pillow instead. This is how many people use Vibio. I hope that you will be satisfied. However, if you feel that it doesn't work well for you, you are of course most welcome to contact us for another model (e.g. BE1370 with bed-shaker) or return the unit for a refund. Dear Lisa, Thank you for your comment. The vibration strength is a balance between strength on one side, and power consumption, size, and cost on the other side. Normally, our customers appreciate the vibration strength and I hope that you also will be satisfied. However, if you feel that it doesn't work well for you, you are of course welcome to return the unit for a refund. It should not disconnect as long as you are within the Bluetooth range.
