Upon checking, your order was indeed successfully delivered and here's the tracking information for your reference: https://t.17track.net/en#nums=4200806192748903396157000064576337 You did order the same item twice and we were not able to cancel the other item because when you reached out to us, the package was already in transit. You said that you returned the package to us however we did not receive any tracking information from you and our policy states that we can only issue refund if the customer can provide the tracking information and once we receive the item we will issue the full refund right away. On your case, you've mentioned that the package was dropped off at US Post Office in Woodbury, NJ on 2/12/24 for return. In this process, the post office usually provide return tracking number since you cannot mark it as returned to sender because you already receive the package that is why it was marked as successfully delivered. Hello Celine, Thank you for taking the time to give us a review. I just want to clarify that we never mentioned that nor confirmed that we have your return package in our warehouse. We have an email to prove and support our statement. Our customer service representative mentioned that: "Rest assured for I have already sent a follow-up email to our US warehouse about your return" To date, we still have not received your return package. Furthermore, our refund policy states that we will only issue refund for return packages once we have received the return package and checked that the item/s is/are in good condition. We are not a scam as we have pieces of evidence to prove that we have done our part as a seller and that we are just following the policy that we have. You might misunderstood what our support says regarding your return however the tracking information will not lie that we never received your return package. Hello Joan, Thank you for taking the time for giving us a review. I checked and your order was placed last February 28, 2019 and was delivered by March 4 of the same year. Actually, the item that you have ordered was the Amethyst Square Crystal Ring. On August 13, 2020, you have sent us an email complaining about the ring that turned into copper. We responded to your email and offered several options to make it up to you however we did not receive any response from you. On September 14, 2020, you have sent another email with the same complain and on the very same day one of our customer support responded and that time were asking for the photo of the item so we can further investigate however, you did not respond once again. As you can see, we offered you resoltuions yet you did not respond to those email and more than 3 years after, you are giving us a 1 star review. We did not even see the item you are complaining about but we are more than willing to resolve the matter for you however since we did not hear from you there is nothing that we can do. Another thing, there are reasons why a jewelry is turning black, here are some: The black color you see is called tarnish and can be caused due to two reasons. Due to humidity and oxygen around you, silver converts into silver oxide on the surface of the silver like a film or coating in black called tarnish. Silver is not the only metal this happens to as brass and many other soft metals show the same tarnish. It is different rust as the inner layer of the silver is not affected by tarnish. A simple cleaning or polishing will bring back its luster. To date, our warranty period is obviously way passed since the delivery date of your order but we are more than willing to still offer you a resolution. Hopefully, this time you will respond to us. [1] Item arrived with missing rhinestones - as per checking on the tracking information which you an see below: https://t.17track.net/en#nums=420992069274890284968863763186 The item has been delivered as of March 11, 2022 and only after more than a month you reported this to us via this review. We checked our emails and found out that we did not receive any emails from this email address: [email protected] Hence, how can we solve something that has not been reported to us. Also, again as mentioned, you only reported this to us after more than a month that it has been delivered. Please also note that any item can be damaged during transit and that is beyond our control that is why we offer 60 day protection period. [2] Our warranty covers 60 days so we can absolutely replace your item without any problem. Just send us an email at [email protected] along with the photo of the item and we will replace it. Moving forward, if you have any issues with your item, it would be better to report it immediately instead of waiting after a month then complain. [3] Shipping time is beyond our control and there are delays that are inevitable but I beg to disagree that we failed to provide tracking information because we did and we have proofs that we did.
