Easy to drop capsule in food, it does NOT need a pill pocket. Because our dog is taking 2 Pro-Pectalin a day, which was recommended by GI Specialist, I cannot say what is causing the firm stool. I have been told he will be on it for the rest of his life as long as the results stay consistent.

It was just very expensive to buy the pills to try to help fix my dogs tummy issues and it didn’t end up working. Overall I think they made it a very easy process to follow it just doesn’t work as well as I was told by my vet when I was recommended to try it! Hopfully it goes better for other dogs however it just didn’t work for us!!

The product worked until end of April. Then it was not good enough to fight all the pollen etc that was here from May to present+. My poor dog just itches. I make his food so I know what he is eating but he’s just miserable.

Ten days from receipt of order is too long to wait for delivery. My second order took 14 days.

Hi Linda, thanks so much for providing this feedback. We do our best to fulfill most orders within 1 business day, and according to our records we met this requirement for both of your orders, but unfortunately shipping carriers can get bogged down by the extra business during holidays, and delivery may take a little bit longer. Selecting an upgraded shipping method may help with this issue, but we hope things will speed back up after the New Year!

Update: My order finally arrived after all the shipping delays. Instructions were easy and clear. Will update again when I get the results (hopefully shipping the sample back involves less postal service issues). Original Review: My review should really be of the USPS. My order was quickly shipped from California and arrived at the major regional USPS hub before then being taken back to California and all the delays that entailed, then back to my hub in the Midwest, and then it went out for delivery, and finally was "delivered to mailbox at 7:01pm." Oh, how I wish that were true. My mailbox is empty. I am out over $100, and a couple weeks of waiting, and I never received the test at all.
