The product us more than OK, delivry good time but price to high

Shop Orthopedics is great! The customer service is exceptional. I ordered a knee brace and it was too large. Shop Orthopedics sent me a new size before I even returned the incorrect size. Plus they paid for all of the shipping. The product is great and is really helping.

I ordered a VPULSE ice and DVT compression machine in advance of knee replacement surgery. When I attempted to utilize the machine following surgery I found that the compression part worked but the pump for cold water did not (the reason for not giving the rating a 5). While at the surgery center we contacted Shop Orthopedics and informed them of the issue. They contacted the manufacturer and I received a brand new functional unit by 9:00 am the following day. While I was not happy about the initial failure, the company's response was stellar and I would definitely order from them again -- albeit I would test it before I needed it. The VPULSE is an outstanding product - much better than my previous machine.

Friendly company with a large inventory. I would have liked an email telling me that my order had shipped but since it was free shipping, I can't complain.

I call to place my order and spoke with a consultant and he handled things perfectly for me. I was concern that it would not fit buy Mark assured me that everything would be fine and if it wasn't he would make it right. The arm band came in record time and fits perfectly. I highly recommend this company.
