Great Servuce
My order came quickly, and when I discovered I'd ordered the wrong walking boot, they replaced it before I even got the other one sent back to them. Can't beat service like that! And the boot is working great.

Steve was an excellent customer rep and responded with quick updates on any questions, offering similar products not on back order.
My first experience will not be my last. Great customer service. My order was on a two week back order and I was offered a similar product at no additional charge with it being delivered in a timely fashion.

Great customer service!
Ordered the wrong size and was able to return too-small Walker boot for the correct size. Was sent a shipping label to return the wrong size and the new product was delivered in 4 days - all without billing my credit card for another boot. Thanks, Steve.

Breg's VPULSE machine - a HUGE blessing for knee replacement surgery
