Best price I found, free shipping, and it came in 2 days!

Ordered the Breg IntelliFlo Knee Pad accessory for our Breg Kodiak Polar Care ice machine. It arrived in record time, for standard delivery. I liked how the website showed the connection pieces for the machine and accessory so there was no question that I was ordering the correct part. I would definitely order from this company again.

The shop cancelled my order because “the ISP address used to place the order was too far from the shipping address”. I appreciate having geographical restrictions but, if the store is going to employ them 1) the shop should not be accessible outside of the geofenced area; 2) customers should not be able to place items in a cart; 3) it should not be possible to check out; 4) payment should not be collected. I was able to view the shop, place items in a cart, check out, and my payment was processed. My shipping was to a continential US address and I was overseas when I placed the order. 4 days after my order was placed and payment collected (debit card / cash payment) the shop cancelled my order without contacting me prior to doing so. A refund was process but it took a follow up request on my part and 2 weeks before the funds were returned to me. While I like the product I was purchading replacement parts for I was unimpressed with the reality of a shop having an internet store front, globally visible but, having a wall of acceptable distance where one can place an order from.

Slow in processing, slow in delivery. Adequate product for the price. Purchase 40 items of the same from Amazon for half the price, ordered after I ordered from you and recieved thier product ahead of yours. Will never order from your agency again.
