Never ever will I order anything from shoe carnival, take to long for delivery and when my order came it was the wrong shoe size, called CS to complain and those folks don’t care, they want me to correct a problem they created, I was told to take shoe to a store for an exchange or refund!

They sold me USED shoes with the entire heel broken, the writing on the sole was faded, scuff marks on the bottom, etc. Unbelievable!

Should be 0. Placed order & got message that payment info was incorrect. Checked and tried again. Reentered 5 times & got same message. Immediately checked with Visa who said card was active & OK and that 5 payments had been charged. Contacted merchant via damnable "chat" with 48 minute wait. After advising them, got a response back so quickly that it must be one of their standard cut and paste answers as the best typist I've ever known couldn't type that fast. Their response, which was plain BS gobbledygook was, "Not our fault or problem, call your financial institution". Suspect this may be one of their business techniques. Wish I'd checked here first.

Returns are a nightmare. Looks like someone wore the shoes. Looks like they are glued together, NEVER again. I do not have a printer to return. They want me to walk about 60 miles away to get a return slip. I just had a stroke, thanks for no understanding!

I am a former employee and the store was dirty, the manager I worked for was lazy and insensitive. This is how I truly think they should improve: Hiring people to actually do the work they are required to do, hire people with better work ethics, don’t demean others that are nice and compassionate, do not disregard others that have a different opinion than you. There are more ways than one to accomplish a goal. Hold people accountable for their mistakes and failures. People are not doormats that you can just step on when you’re mad and upset. People should be treated as you wish to be treated. That goes for employees as well as customers. Human Resources should have better attitudes as well. Employees should feel protected and valued if they have to report on management or decisions made that directly affects them. Personally, I didn’t feel protected. I didn’t feel valued. I loved and needed my job but from the overwhelming workload and stress I could not take anymore. Especially when you have to work with such a negative person. I would not recommend this job to anyone. One person should not have to pick up the slack of 4 people. One person should not be able to sit on the job all day long secluded from the sales floor while others have to watch the floor, take care of customers, etc. Think carefully before promoting people into positions that are too big for them to handle.

Annoying messages constantly one after another everyday every minute been trying to remove my email address I do not want to receive any products from this business hope no one else has to go through this

Ordered two pair of Lugz clipper slip-on's and my order showed completed but never received the product. This used to be my Go-To store for shoes, but not anymore. Cannot seem to get anyone from the store to explain why they never shipped the product.

I would give them a zero if I could. I ordered shoes and they sent the wrong pair. They wouldn’t just send me the correct pair and let me send the wrong ugly shoes they sent me back. I had to do a return send them back wait for my return then could reworded the correct ones. What an inconvenience for me when it was their fault the wrong shoes were sent. The shoes were for a trip and did not get here in time. I will NEVER order from Shoe Carnival again and I’ve told everyone I know how bad their customer service is!
