Negative stars tried creating an account but they won't let me use my name ! They say use a valid name !! Tried contacting customer service the wait was so long I fell asleep 😂

Horrible!!! Their website offers expedited shipping. Paid significantly more to have it delivered BY 7/26. It said it right next to the shipping option I picked. It’s now 7/27 and it hasn’t even shipped yet. Customer service says I can’t cancel the order and that it’s still within the “shipping window”. The shipping window ended yesterday per their “get it by Friday 7/26” notification next to their shipping options. I’ll never order from there again. Customer service was zero help. Scrambling to find a replacement before my event tomorrow.

Not one employee asked if I could be of assistence an I did not ask either. An the selection for what I was looking for was not available either. At my job we ask customers if they need any help but of all the 5 or 6 at shoe carnival. NO ONE offered any thing. So. Ididnot buy any thing an WONT be back.

I wish I could give the Shoe Carnival, Panama City, FL a "0". They had the worst customer service ever. My brand new sandles came a part . I only wanted to exchange the sandles. The rude sister service girls thought I wanted money back After such a horrible experience and the manager on the phone Told them to exchange them they did. I did get the new pair. The new pair of shoes begin to come apart at the seams. They lasted maybe another week. The shoes finally became all the way unglued.. I am not sure of the purchase date exactly. I think it was around mothers day week.

They demanded my e mail at checkout. I told her no, and she said they couldn’t check me out without one. I thought this strange, but reluctantly gave it. They immediately sold or traded or gave away, ALL my personal information and I was flooded the next day, and everyday since, with spam e mails and spam calls. I called corporate and they didn’t deny selling my personal information. Shop elsewhere if you can.

I placed an order las week they charged me twice then the status never changed on the site i tried chatting on the site with an agent i kept closing the chat when i finally got connected they first could not find the order then they said there was an error and the order did not process ( but charged me twice) and then without consulting or contacting me the canceled the order but without returning the money really bad service and the platform is really bad

Ordered a pair of crocs in store to be delivered to my house. They turned the computer screen n asked me if everything was right n it was then 4 days later they sent me some dum ass size n the only reason I got them delivered is cuz they didn’t have them in store like it’s every time

Do NOT purchase reputable brand shoes from any shoe carnival. They don't honor any manufacturers warranty defect even though companies like Nike says on nike's website that you can take them to the store you bought them from for the replacement warranty.
