Shoe CarnivalReviews of shoecarnival.com

I was very worried about ordering from them, given all the bad reviews. But not only they are the only company who had the shoes I was looking for in stock (TEVA sandals for my son) but they also had them discounted. I thought to good to be true, but since payment was Paypal, I took the risk. I am happy I did, both pairs arrived as expected, shipping was ok (not ultra quick but not slow), and it was a great transaction. I can't say anything about customer service, but if you are just looking to order online and know what you want, don't hesitate this site is not a scam.

I didn't have any issues at all with this site I got my stuff really quick I Don't know why there were so many dislikes but like I said I ordered 6 pairs and had no problem thanks you shoe carnival you guys are the best

Ordered 2 pairs of Nikes. They were delivered in 1.5 days with no issues. Im actually impressed by how fast they got here

I have ordered three times the past two months from online since covid 19 closed down the actually store by me. I have not had an bad experience i actually got all my shoes an day or two days earlier than what i was expecting according to shipping information. I have always been informed when my shoes ship and i have my fed ex account alert me when my package is due to arrive. I know some have experinced not so good experiences but i am writing to say i have had nothing but good experiences. I just ordered my kids some nike sandals and both pairs came whenever i order two shoes at a time i always get them all at the same time.

Shoe Carnival shipped my order in two days. Very pleased with that. However very displeased with FedEx. The driver made no attempt to find my address. When I called FedEx they gave me the run around. After I posted a bad shipping review FedEx called me 5 minutes later and told me my package would be delivered again on the next business day. Hopefully I will have my kicks on Tuesday. 😎

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes on may 11 and received them on the 19th. After reading all the bad reviews I got a little nervous but shoe carnival did awesome for me!

Ordered two pairs on Wednesday and received them today which is a Saturday. They are exactly what I ordered. Excellent service

I don’t know why there are so many bad reviews. I got my shoes fast and easy, no extra charges and they came even faster than I expected, and were the exact shoes and size I ordered. Absolutely no complaints here. Love my shoes and would definitely order from them again. Don’t let these other bad reviews stop you !
