Bought a pair of supposedly wide shoes for my son, they came and had him try them on and don’t fit him. I got free shipping since I’m a perk member, but in order to send them back, I have to pay $6, which being a perk member, I shouldn’t have to pay anything to return them. So now I either need to wait until stores reopen to return or eat the $6. I will not be buying more shoes from this company.

DO NOT SHOP WITH SHOE CARNIVAL!! Terrible company! I paid in full for my shoes but they sent me the wrong ones which I returned. Instead of shipping me the correct shoes they are requiring addtional payment information! I HAVE ALREADY PAID!

Wish I could give no stars. Worst company ever to work with. First they send one boot, then when I go to wear the shoes also purchased the sole is coming off. So I contacted them and they say they can't trust customers so they will need more payment info in case I don't return the one boot (really? I have 2 feet and that's crazy! So I also explained the issues with the 2 pair in the order and they said again we will need more credit card info in case you don't return them. Wow I have never felt more degraded than I did after speaking with them! They had my money for 2 boots and I had one boot🤔 no the issues aren't the customers! How can one trust them with more credit card info if I can't trust there to be 2 undamaged shoes in my new shoe purchase from shoe carnival.

I give this company Negative 10 stars! Never buy online here. I ordered a size in a brand (even the same style) that I frequently buy and wear. For some reason, these shoes were too large. The return process online is an absolute nightmare. I live over an hour away from an actual store. It has taken nearly a month to get this sorted out after waiting for return labels that never arrived. I paid for shipping myself. The item was delivered to the company yesterday. I prompted customer service of when my money will be refunded. She told me 5-10 business days for 'return processing' and 1-3 days before it appears on my payment method. So ANOTHER nearly 2 more weeks before they return my money to me! This was my first experience and I will never shop here again.

I wish I had read these reviews before I placed my order. I have checked the status of my order twice and both times the automated system said no further information is available. I pressed zero to speak to a representative and was told delivery is expected between March 2nd and March 6th (Wait, what? That is another 7-10 days from now). She then told me it takes up to 48 hours to process my order (I placed the order 3 days ago). Then she tells me they are waiting on Fed-X to come get the package; that it has been prepared for shipment on their end, so there is nothing more she can do. This is absolutely THE WORST customer service!!!! How do you remain competitive in a world where Amazon ships and delivers same day, and it takes you up to 15 days to deliver a package?

NEVER. AGAIN. It's February... I'm still trying to return something from Christmas. Absolute nightmare. Order from Shoe Carnival and trust me, you'll definitely be dealing with CLOWNS. Not worth that minimal savings compared to other locations. Just say no, my friends.

I went into store #208 to purchased a pair of shoes as a gift, ask for a gift receipt cashier told me OK she would print one,I left in a rush to get back to work because I was on lunch, notice no gift receipt called and was told to bring in the original receipt and they could print off a gift receipt for me. Went back the following day to be told that they only offer gift receipts during the holiday time. First off store employees not knowledgeable about there store policies, and what if the shoe doesn't fit the gift receiver , they bring it back, see nothing in the store that interest them they can't get the money that was spent on them ? They need to offer gift receipts at other times not just holidays.

Worst customer service ever..I live 70 miles from a store and ordered online. MISTAKE!!!!! Been trying to get a return label for weeks !!!
