I Placed my order 4 days ago and havent even been notified that my order has been recieved, no shipment info, nothing. Won't be ordering from here again, better off using amazon

I orderd my childs shoes and tracking stayed in point and the day of.. no shoes. At 8pm that night my status updates to fedex dropping the shoes with usps 30 mins from me and it would be atleast another week added before delivery? Really? No updates , no info, just bad business all together . I will not make the same mistake again .

I would give this company 0 stars u guys triple charged my account, my shipment isn’t coming when it was guaranteed to be here and I am currently still on hold 45 mins later. U guys charged my bank over 1,000 for three pairs of shoes (triple if not more) I will never ever shop this store again and I will be telling all my family and friends about this experience as well!

i ordered shoes from this place and on may 1st i’ve been waiting for 2 weeks now and still have not got my shoes. when i paid it didn’t give me a conformation number or anything i am never disappointed and would not shop here again.

If 0 was a bottom i would push it well mother's day morning i was browsing for a late gift my total came out to be 80 something dollars i went to my bank account info to make surr i had enough money and to my surprise 120 dollars was already paid to shoe carnival i wad devastated how could this happen when i didnt even put my info in yet??

I would give them 0 stars if I could! Same like a lot of other reviews, they send different size shoes, one is 10.5 and other 10. And now I have to pay for return. Do not buy, worst store ever!

These people messed up my account!! I made a purchase on May 1 2020. The transaction was pending for 6 days, and it put me in overdraft plus my bank took money out my check. So I paid more for my shoes. I disputed the transaction that should have been pending for no more than 3 days. When I made my purchase I know I had the funds. I'm happy with my shoes. When quarantine is over I would rather pay cash than you people playing with my account.

I am a retired police of 30 years as well as a perks member. I was visiting my son who is a military personnel . We decided to go to the store in Warner robins ga where I had the worst store experience. I only asked the store assistant where the toddler section was...I was wearing a mask..She was not but tried to walk up toward me and I just threw my hand up for her not to come closer she was highly hostile..Afterwards, she and the on duty manager thought I had left the store they were talking about in front of other customers poorly! I spoke up to the manager he became aggressive and as I walked to the door he was shouting at me saying she was a child 18 and I was wrong for asking her not to come up to me ..I told him they would be reported he told he did not care...I said to him this is why younger people act the way some do is because what example are we setting by condoning such poor behavior and I am a customer...I left the store and will never shop at shoe carnival again honest.
