I ordered a new pair of New Balance shoes for my daughter, but instead of receiving the new shoes, I received a worn-out box containing used shoes.

Earned multiple coupons. It will not allow you to use the coupons on clearanced OR full priced items. So basically you can't use your coupons. I went to academy and got 20 percent off. I'll never school shop with shoe carnival again.

I ordered my daughter a pair of New Balance shoes for back to school and I bought them online. When I received the shoes they still had a die packed theft protection tag on them. I called the customer service and couldn't understand anyone I talked to and they kept making me listen to advertisements and offering deals on cruises and me telling them all I wanted was the shoes replaced or the tag off. They've never emailed me back. Why would online items have a theft protection tag on them anyways?.

Recently ordered a pair of new work shoes for my husband from Shoe Carnival. I ordered them using the EXACT model information from his current pair,which are Skechers Slip-ons, expecting to receive the exact same shoes as his current pair. VERY disappointed to receive a an ALMOST identical pair, but they have shoelaces, which are difficult for my husband at 67 years of age. I do not understand why this happened, and I consider it sloppy fulfillment on the part of Shoe Carnival. Additionally, their website and customer service are impossible and I got nowhere. I will not shop with them again, and I would not recommend them. Zero stars if that were an option.

So around Christmas I ordered my son 3 pairs of shoes.One pair came in 2 different sizes and 8 and the other 9,and couldn't exchange, receive correct size etc. very disappointed! Still have the brand new black and white air nikes one 8 and one 9 in men!

I writing this because its very important today I went to SHOE CARNIVAL STORE in Mesquite 1515 N town E blvd @ "market east shopping center" and it was a horrible experience I went to look for a nike icon classic platform sandals I try one sandal bc it look smaller then I was wearing the same sandals but the employe ask me what size you need I said I got the size already I spend maybe 15 minutes looking at the sandals bc I try one sandal the one they had a display but it look small so I took my sandal off to try the display then I look it was 6 then I look mine that one I was wearing and I saw it was 7 so I look for size 7 and try it and it was the right size then I look for the box then I saw the one sandal was dirty so I look for a different box I open it to make sure was clean then I grab the 2 pairs I was going to buy then went to look the clearance shoes then I was walking to the same place were the Nike sandals were and the same lady approached me and said I know you are trying to steal the shoes I saw you I said are you insane how could you said that I said I need to speak to the store manager and she said im the store manager I was wow how could you said something like this to a customer and she said im calling the police and I said call then bc im going to press charges on you bc you are accusing me of stealing without any proof and she keep saying I have this in video so she was calling already then she said to the dispatcher she's trying to steal shoes from my store I saw her and I have a video so I was so upset telling her how are you assuming that im trying to steal this shoes I said I only try one sandal to see if fit me she keep saying you trying to steal I even told her how can you think I was going to change it when they had a big sensor and she said your tying to steal some people were at store looking at me like a thief then 3 minutes later police arrived then police ask for my driver license I said are you going to ask me what happen and he said she said you are trying to steal some shoes and I was more upset bc he was treating me like I was delinquent bc of the call she make then she said she was confused and the police said you are not in trouble we are doing our job but the way she talked to the dispatcher 5 police arrived I was so upset and mad bc my daughter work for this department.at the end said said was confused the police apologized for her which I think is crazy bc she call then for no reason what happened there was discrimination bc since I enter at the store she was just looking at me I could feel that she was watching. what she she did was racial discrimination bc im latina and she was harassment me bc the way she talk to me and disrespect me in front of a customers like I was a thief with out any evidence the police told me that I couldn't press chargers but I could call the corporation and open one investigation @ shoe carnival and I did im waiting for the call me and I hope they take care of this bc this can't be happening my only mistake was wearing the same sandals and trying to buy the same model I was trying to buy the same color black and the black and white 2 Pairs I was so happy when I found this place that had the sandals that I was looking for it but it was the worst nightmare the police said to me this store don't deserve your business go to a different place and he's wright this place don't deserve any business im a brave person and decide to spoke and make this complain about this but sometimes people don't speak and this keep going and discrimination needs to stop and one more thing that is very importan this manager was latina like me !!! her name was Gisel and she treat me like a criminal just bc I was a latina.

If there were anything less than 1 star I would have seleted that option. I odered a pair of Men's Nike Cirro slides from their site and they shipped me a used worn down pair of slides in a broken box. Even Stivie Wonder can see the heals of the slides are worn out with large dark stain on them. Their customer service is horrible. It's as if they don't even want to work there. They will never get my business again.

I made a purchase at 8pm. I immediately realized that their website auto selected a size so I ordered the wrong size. I immediately went to chat or call but their customer service was closed. I chatted at 8am right when they opened. The order said “confirmed” when I checked it online. The customer service rep told me on the chat that my order was no longer elligible for cancellation or edits as it was “too far down the line.” I restated that my order merely says confirmed. Not shipped or even processing. I asked her in the future what is the timeline for making a cancellation. She said “sometimes 20 minutes but there is no timeline.” She then mentioned I can return the product or contact them again once the product arrives for a prepaid return label. I asked her to go ahead and send it. She stated they cannot do that. I have to wait until the order arrives before I can even get the return label. I called customer service on the phone and they maintained the same logic. Do not buy from this company. I will no longer do business here. They have no cancellation options at all and a website that automatically selects sizes. Clearly being that the order is confirmed they could cancel. My bet is it will take two weeks to get here but “the order is too far gone to cancel.” Terrible experience.
