All went well The leader was especially helpful You should tell your staff when they break something they should tell the mover It is easier to fix then rather then when you find it later

They were very efficient in the way they wrapped my furniture and moved it in and out. One of my items (a tall umbrella stand) was broken in the move.

Your movers were quick, packed well, and experienced at what they do. This is the second time I have used your service. The first move using your service, was turnkey - a good experience . The only negative this last time, was they were delayed in traffic and they did not call to let me know. Also it was a Sat. and your offices closed at 5p and I had no way to contact anyone. I was not sure if the van would even arrive. I hope this is something that gets fixed going forward.

Our team of three spoke very limited English and we managed by using Google Translate to communicate. We didn’t have much to move and it went fairly smoothly. We did notice that our wood floors were a bit scuffed after they left. All items were moved in great shape. They were very polite and didn’t waste any time doing their job. They came highly recommended from our neighbors and the customer service was excellent. They worked with us on the pricing as well.

Kind, helpful people. Seamless process from beginning to end. I’d use them again.

I hired Shleppers because they had a decent price (wasn't the lowest quote) and the salesperson was very nice. They were flexible with my dates and revised my binding quote a few times due to my dates and going from an elevator building to a walk-up. On the day of the move, they arrived 30 minutes earlier than expected but it worked out fine. They even assisted me by taking some garbage furniture pieces to the garbage at my old building. They worked quickly and efficiently with a foreman and 3 others. They were in such a rush to get out of the old apartment, that they left me still sweeping and didn't do a full sweep of the apartment before leaving, so I was left with carrying out more items than I could do in one trip. It would have been nice for the foreman to do a final walk through with me to make sure everything was out of closets, etc. At the new apartment, they arrived a few minutes before me but they stopped to get lunch which helped me get settled. They were very fast unloading the truck and hauling all of my items up 3 flights of stairs. We decided where my bed was going to be placed and they put it together. The only issue I have, is that they didn't put it together completely correctly so the headboard doesn't sit on the risers. I wish they would have asked me to look at it before placing the box spring and mattress, so I could have it leveled correctly. Besides that, they would only take back the boxes which they used to pack (and I unpacked) so I was left with empty boxes to try to dispose of. Besides those small items, they did a great job moving me and I would suggest them to anyone who asks.

The movers were great...professional, quick and careful. I do wish there would have been more transparency on the final cost as there didn't seem to be any check between the estimate and actual move.
