First experience with Shiphero was great thanks to Belen. She was really friendly, patient, helpful and polite. The first person i spoke to wasn't great cos it seemed like she was always in a rush, barely had time to talk during google meets, and couldn't explain slowly or clearly. So I recommend Belen who is awesome.

I had an issue with my first order. It was lost by the shipping carrier, which was obviously not ShipHero's fault, but I got a great support from their team. Clara helped me out to figure out what happened with the order and suggested to reship it to the customer immediately. They credited me the reshipping costs and the value of the product within a couple of minutes. Great support!
