We are thankful that the bags arrived at camp on time. The website was confusing because when we initially set up the shipment we thought we needed to drop off by July 6 but then received a phone call that we were supposed to drop off June 27th (the day after I arranged the shipment online), which was not clear. Thankfully, a rep. called and let us know June 28th and I was able to work with James to change the drop off time. However, two days later I received all the shipping tags that I needed. The directions with the tags were super clear, James emailed me a location where I could drop off. Fed Ed was super easy to work with when I dropped it off. We really appreciated this service and we didn't have to carry our bags on the plane!

Ship camps is awesome! Completely saved me the hassle of taking the trunk somewhere to ship. The label arrived overnight and the trunk was picked up and delivered on time! Highly recommend this service!!

I was nervous about shipping my daughters' trunks, especially because we needed to ship them several weeks before the start of camp due to a family vacation. It all went seamlessly and was so simple! Their trunks were in their cabins upon arrival at camp. Since we plan to be out of state campers every summer, we will continue to use Ship Camps. I highly recommend it.

My daughters clothes and items that were totally dry and shipped by your company to Camp French-woods came to the camp totally soaking wet Terrible Would not recommend

Ship Camps is fantastic! They were so easy to work with. Eveyone I talked to on the phone was kind and helpful. And the camp luggage arrived at camp when expected, was picked up when expected and arrived to our home as expected. The price was very reasonable, same price as if I put it on the airlines and had to pay for luggage. And MUCH less expensive then going directly through UPS or FedEx. I will use them again! High recommend them!
