So simple and easy to use. Whenever i had a question i was able to reach a local staff person within a few rings with no holding on who immediately answered my questions.

Super easy experience, from start to finish. Worth every penny, to not have to worry about bags as my kids came home from camp. Bags arrived much faster than expected!

Ship camps was wonderful, but ultimately FedEx ended up not picking our bags up. We put them on the porch the night before and kept watching for them to leave out of summer camp excitement. When they did not show, we ended up having to blow off dinner plans and bring the two 65lb bags to the store.

Not sure what service you guys really provided? You ship with FedEx, not picked up by somebody within your company like other camping baggage shipment companies. We could have just as easily shipped with FedEx ourselves and not be charged extra.

Great customer service. Trunks were picked up from home, delivered to camp and returned on time and without any issues.
